We are lucky to have superb weather here in SoWal for much of the year, and being active is just a way of life. Laura Bailey Yoga is located above Redfish Taco in Blue Mountain Beach. Laura Bailey has been practicing yoga since she was 21 years old and believes yoga benefits both one’s mental and physical health. Pure Barre in WaterColor is part of the national franchise. Pure Barre is a total body workout that utilizes the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements. These movements burn fat, sculpt muscles and help create lean physiques.
