The Courtyard at Pescado, located in Rosemary Beach town center on the ground floor of the building housing Pescado • Seafood Grill and Rooftop Bar, officially opened its doors recently.
Designed by Denise Billman with inspiration by Joseph and Jessica Freer, The Courtyard is based on the vibrant feel and musical heritage of New Orleans. Experience a touch of refinement with small plates designed for sharing and a full service bar highlighting premium and allocated spirits, and exclusive wines.
“The Courtyard at Pescado is a much needed addition to the already popular Pescado restaurant, ”says Holly Wright, Food, Beverage and Event Director for Last Call Restaurant Group. “It’s an experience! A space for adults to relax in and enjoy quality food and beverages tucked away from the traditional Rosemary Beach family dining options.”
The inviting outdoor courtyard is adorned with greenery and is the perfect shady place to unwind with pre or post dinner cocktails. Familiar faces, your favorite guys and gals who tend bar upstairs at Pescado, will also be offering their unique twist on classic libations at The Courtyard. Through the shaded courtyard and inside is a welcoming lounge and piano bar, where you can order a Courtyard Frappe made with absinthe, lemon, mint, cucumber and soda. Do not miss out on the signature Dom Portier Cava Brut from Spain. Last Call Restaurant Group is the only place in the US to serve this label.
A revolving cast of musicians will perform live from 5:30 to 9:30 in the lounge as you sip your Sazerac and tease your tastebuds with Chef Ken Duenas’ inspired offerings. The Courtyard at Pescado menu features Blistered Shishito Peppers, Andouille Confit, Chorizo Arancini, and more.
